Safari Blue is a full-day boat trips on traditional hand-built mahogany sailing dhow.

After breakfast, we’ll take you to Fumba Village on the southwest coast of Zanzibar, where you’ll join other tourists on a traditional dhow to explore the Minai Bay Conservation Area’s beauty and have the opportunity to see dolphins, swim at a pristine sandbank, visit islets, and snorkel at coral reefs.

Safari Blue is a full-day excursion that includes a buffet lunch of amazing Zanzibari seafood, including grilled fish, slipper lobster, and calamari, as well as use of snorkelling equipment with instructors and guides. Additionally, coffee and seasonal fruits will be provided.

When the tide is high, you’ll also explore the mangrove-surrounded natural lagoon on Kwale Island, where you can swim for a unique and unforgettable experience.

We end the day by taking a traditional lanteen sail back to Fumba.

A full-day excursion beginning from the hotel reception at 8:00 am and ending at 5:00 pm.

Recommendations

It is advisable to wear or bring your swim gear, towel, sunscreen, a hat or cap and a change of clothes.
