DOLPHIN TOUR


The drive from town to Kizimkazi a small village to the southern point of the island takes one hour. Kizimkazi fishing village is home to numerous bottle-nosed dolphins and humpback dolphins. They can often be sighted within just a quick boat ride from the coast.
Here you are taken by an outboard engine boat into the sea to see the dolphins, and if lucky you will be able to swim quite close with them, as they are very friendly and playful. You will also have some time to snorkel within the Menai reserve and discover wonderful sea creatures.
Programme
A half-day trips. It is recommended that you leave early in the morning (about 6:30 am) for Kizimkazi, south of Zanzibar, in order to have a better possibility of seeing dolphins. Once you reach land, your transportation will be waiting to return you to the hotel around noon.
Recommendations
It is advisable to wear or bring your swim suit, towel, sunscreen, a hat or cap.
